A lot of the time, if you are suffering from pollen allergies then you’ll try and avoid going outside. This means that you won’t be able to tend to your garden. A domino effect then starts. You won’t want to go outside because of your allergy symptoms, and so you leave your garden to get messy. It then gets messy and you have to spend longer outside tidying up your garden.
