Testing & Verification

The shock pad was certified under ASTM F1292 with lab reports. We supported the client through:

• Reviewing G-max and HIC data
• Simulating on-site installation conditions
• Preparing documents for local safety authorities

 Sample Test Values:

• • G-max: 132 (Pass – below 200 limit)
  • HIC: 824 (Pass – below 1000 limit)
  The client appreciated our proactive support in navigating regulatory compliance, saving both time and risk.

 Logistics & Delivery

We arranged DPU shipping (Delivered at Place Unloaded) to the client’s U.S. East Coast warehouse, along with:

• 600 m² of artificial turf rolls
• 600 m² of pre-cut shock pad panels (1m x 2m)
• Turf joint tape, adhesive, and installation guide
• Documentation: MSDS, lead-free certificate, ASTM test reports
