Our Solution Strategy
Instead of supplying just turf, we provided a complete surfacing system, because ASTM F1292 evaluates the entire structure: turf + shock pad + base layer.
Artificial Grass Layer:

- Features: UV-resistant, lead-free, dual-tone green
- Function: Drainage holes for outdoor use
Shock Pad Layer:
- Material: Closed-cell PE foam
- Thickness: 25mm
- Tested for CFH ≥ 6ft under ASTM F1292
- Performance: High rebound, long-lasting cushioning
Base Layer Recommendation:
- Crushed stone foundation
- Optional geotextile membrane for added stability
